In Britney???s first 14 days, she has dropped a stupendous 12 pounds.

So how did Britney Spears create a how to lose weight plan to lose 26 pounds in one month without using a personal trainer, Clenbuterol, or a personal diet consultant?
And what is Britney Spears executing that you are not hearig about? Importantly, she is working out at the gym at least, rumor has it, 5 days a week, walking approximately 60 minutes on the aerobic machines, adding weight conditioning with free weights, and plenty of abdominal exercieses. Britney did not drop all her lbs just by dieting.

Britney Spears diet is simplistic ??? salmon, chicken, rice, avocados, egg whites for breakfast and turkey on bread for lunch, all scaled down into 6 decreased repasts a day. Britney Spears restricts her caloric ingestion to 1,200 calories a day with a great deal of nourishing snacks: nuts, fruits, and low fat yogurt. BodyBugg FAQs

December 10th, 2008

How does the bodybugg work?

The bodybugg straps to you arm and you wear it around the clock. It accurately measures how many calories you burn a day so you know exactly how much to eat.

Is bodybugg able to track your calories consumed without logging them in the system?

The device is cool and will tell you how many calories you burn during the day and how much you can burn for a given activity. However, you have to input your own foods into the site. It will tell you how many calories you burned and with the information you input as far as your calories consumed, it will show you if you have had a deficit or not.

Does bodybugg have an online subscription?

You do have to purchase online subscriptions. The bodybugg comes with 3 free months. I love mine.

Does bodybugg have a starter package?

Starter packs are available on eBay, the armband, digital wrist display monitor, & 3 mo free subscription, (it was auctioned as a bundle). Definitely recommend getting the digital wrist display monitor with the body bugg, worth the extra expense. You can see your calories burned at all times, in addition works as a watch, pedometer and counts your activity minutes.

I bought a used bodybugg off Ebay. What do I do now?

You will need to purchase a web only program. With this you’ll receive 2 bodybugg coaching sessions to help you learn how to use the program as well as a 3-month web subscription.

Can I use the bodybugg system online without the bodybugg  armband?

Yes. There’s an easy-to-use food logging function with a food auto search so you can keep track of calories. An exercise calculator with hundred of activities to choose from determines how many calories you have burned through. The bodybugg online interface can be customized and print your menus and your exercise programs.

Can multiple users use the same bodybugg armband?

No, each armband is linked to a specific bodybugg online program. Multiple users wearing the same device would counteract the accuracy and efficiency of the overall bodybugg program.

Do I have to wear the bodybugg device 24 hours a day?

It is not 100% necessary to wear the bodybugg while asleep. It is recommended to wear the bodybugg armband as much as possible during waking hours. The longer the bodybugg is worn, the more accurate the results returned from the bodybugg. During low activity periods (such as sleeping), the program will estimate calories burned at rest, based on your body parameters.

How do I wear the bodybugg?

It is worn on the back of the upper right arm (the tricep), against the skin and beneath clothing.
·    Make sure that your upper right arm is clean and dry.
·    Secure the bodybugg onto the back of the upper right arm, logo facing up.
·    Adjust the strap so that is comfortable, secure the pull tab, flex your arm a few times to make sure that the strap is comfortable and secure. If you feel constricted or loss of circulation, loosen the strap and re fasten it to a more comfortable setting.

Why is the bodybugg more accurate than a pedometer?

The bodybugg  is more accurate than a pedometer for calculating calories burned because a pedometer only measures steps. The bodybugg watches your body from four different perspectives. The bodybugg measures motion, steps, how much you are sweating, your skin temperature and the rate of heat dissipation from your body. These additional physiological parameters give the bodybugg a more accurate estimate of calories burned and your level of exertion.

Does the bodybugg measure my heart rate?

Not at this time.

Does the bodybugg come in any other colors?

Not at this time.

Can I get the bodybugg wet?

The bodybugg should not be submersed in water, removed before showering, bathing or swimming.

Does the bodybugg armband track what I eat?

No, the armband itself tracks the calories you burn, but not the calories you eat. Your calories consumed are calculated by the bodybugg interface based on your weekly body mass changes.

BodyBugg Reviews

November 28th, 2008

I have one- been using it since January. I do like it and I do have a year’s subscription to the website so I can get all my info.

Pro’s- you know EXACTLY what you burn everyday. It makes calculating AP’s extremely easy (before I didn’t know if I was under/over estimating my activity level.) It’s pretty easy to use and it really does motivate me to kick up my cardio to get more calories burned each day.

Con’s- I’ve gotten used to it, but it does show through your clothes. People (not strangers, but people I work with) ask what it is. It occasionally will make noise if the battery is getting low-sometimes at inappropriate times.

The biggest drawback (for me) has to do with the basic premise of “weight lost= calories burned > calories consumed.” While this is true, there are MANY other factors that play into whether or not you loose in a week. Well you log your food consumed each day and upload your calories burned each day. At the end of the week you input your weight. If you have your body bugg set to lose -1 lb/ week but didn’t actually lose the pound, it will “re-calculate” your actual calories consumed.

For example, let’s say I have a calorie deficit of -1000 each day. So I should lose 2 lbs. that week. But if I only lose .5, it will recalculate and tell me I was really eating “X-amount” of calories per day instead of what I inputed. It infurriates me because I’m really careful with portions and when a machine is telling me I really ate more than I logged, it ticks me off! lol

Bodybugg - Apex Body Bugg

November 19th, 2008

Bodybugg Apex Armband

A stylish new calorie counting gizmo has been introduced on “The Biggest Loser.” Named body bugg, it is a itsy bitsy calculator that tracks calories you exhaust throughout the day. It is awkward to approximate all the calories you are burning off throughout the day. Bodybugg gets rid of the guessing and performs the job for you.

The bodybugg armband has with it custom built meal programs, 3 month admittance to the support website and 2 telephone interviews with a bodybugg trainer.

Bodybugg carries 2 components: a tiny appliance strapped on the arm throughout the day and the custom web based platform. Through the web, you can enter your health info, including age, food predilections, activity levels, weight goals and more. The appliance utilizes the latest sensor engineering science to measure out energy you utilize, including calories burned during physical exercise, walking or while unmoving in front of a data processor. The calculation is completed based on the wellness account you laid out. Each night you remark all things eaten up during the day. With this data, the Bogybugg system will forecast the total calories you want to consume or burn off.

The biggest feature given by the bodybugg is the simpleness in checking calories run through. No measuring cups, measuring  tapes, or guess work. Bodybugg is fairly exact in checking calories consumed.

The bodybugg is costly, luckily in that respect, it is easy to find a bodybugg sale on Ebay. Bodybugg will not automatically measure out the calories you consume. It also does not feature a heart rate monitor, which is required to insure if you are in your target heart rate zone during cardio exercising. Bodybugg has tons of recommendations from fulfilled clients and previous Biggest Loser contenders. Many people are prone to check their physical exertion program and calorie consumption more precisely when they buy the bodybugg, which may be the reason many bodybugg owners have satisfactory weight loss.
